Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice

Make your own pumpkin pie spice in less than 5 minutes. It's the perfect blend for all the fall baking and cooking including pumpkin pies, pumpkin pie lattes, cookies, overnight oats, chia pudding, bliss balls and so much more!


  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamon - optional


  • To a small bowl or plate, add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, allspice, and cardamom (optional). Stir to combine. 
  • Smell and taste test the spice mix and adjut according to personal preferences. Add more cinnamon for a sweeter note, ginger and cardamon for spice, nutmeg for a more earthy and nutty note, clove and allspice for pungency.
  • Store the pumpkin pie spice mix in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
